Ok, it took some time, but I'm finally able to give you my first dbol tren cycle reports. I will start by explaining my reasons for using steroids.
The Why
I was a stick figure for most of my adult years. I was 5'6" tall and weighed in at 110lbs. When I was 22 years old, I began fencing. I was able to add some activity to my day, and my weight shot up to a normal 125 lbs. I stayed at this weight for many years. I even did some casual weightlifting for an hour twice per week. This was mostly to focus on my upper body as fencing helped me take care of my legs. Despite my best efforts, I was stuck at 125lbs.
I started lifting weights in March 2014. It was only then that I began to eat well. I began counting calories and realized that I was getting only around 1600 calories per day. So I started exercising more and eating more. Between March and July I gained 15lbs, which brought me up to 140. I gained muscle but also gained fat. The gains trains came to an end in July and I remained stagnant throughout August.
I was intrigued by the potential benefits of steroids. The study at JBHNews that showed I could build more muscle if I took steroids and sat on my toes, compared with not taking steroids and training hard. Taking steroids and working out regularly will allow you to build much more muscle. That is what I wanted. When I was 27, my eating habits and exercise habits had been well managed. I regret that I didn’t do this 5 years prior and I would like to make up for it.
The Cycle
This was a very standard beginning cycle. I was able to test my reactions and dip my toes into the waters.
Weeks 1-8: Dbol 10mg 3x/day
Weeks 1-5: Test Cyp 200mg 2x/week
Weeks 6-10: Test E 300mg 2x/week
Weeks 6-9: Tren A 50mg/day
Because the cycle was fairly mild, I didn’t actively use any AI. I did however have some aromasin nolva, clomid and nolva just in case. I originally intended to do PCT but decided to just cruise with 200mg test/wk.
I was also taking taurine and TUDCA throughout.
The Cycle began mid-September, and ended around November.
Exercise and diet
I was trying to bulk up all the time, whether it was dirty or not. I preferred starchy carbs (rice and pasta) over lean meats (chickens, ground turkey, pork). I consumed approximately 3000 calories daily with a balance of 10%/50%/40% fats/carbs/proteins.
I exercise five times per week, using the following splits: Alternating power, hypertrophy and power weeks. Power weeks are 5 sets of 5 reps. This allows me to do fewer exercises (no more 5 exercises per workout). I am focusing on the big lifting lifts and 5 sets of 5 reps. Hypertrophy week is 4 sets of 12-15 reps. I hit each muscle multiple time per workout, and do 4 sets of 12-15 repetitions.
Day 1: Arms & Abs
Day2: Legs & Lower Back
Day 3: Chest & Tris
Day4: Back & bis
Day5: Shoulders, Abs and More
My upper body is the focus because I was very overdeveloped in my lower body at the beginning of fencing. Fencing will give you quads that are unstoppable.
Results
I'm 27 and 6'6" tall. I am in manlet territory. There isn't really anything I can change.
140 lbs is the starting weight
Ending weight: 160 lbs
All my lifts were significantly improved. I mean, crazy. I could barely hold a plate at the time I started. I can now bench a plate to increase volume and can lift up to 185lbs as an 1rm. Squat started on a plate and has now advanced to 2 plates for 1RM. OHP went up from 60lbs to 100lbs. Lat pulldowns increased from 140 lbs to 180 lbs. Deadlifts are something that I have been doing since the beginning of the cycle. However, my current weight is 205lbs. It's still one the weakest lifts of mine.
It's not the best lighting and I'm pale but you can see I started with very little, and have made significant progress.
This cycle was a great way for me to get out of DYEL. Despite being relatively new to lifting, the cycle was a success and I made significant progress towards my goal. I would like to believe I made around a year of progress in only 3-4 months. Yes, there was much to catch up.
I found the experience of this cycle to be very positive. I was able to react well to the tren. Although it only lasted 20 days, I noticed noticeable changes in my body. I decided that I would stick with test/tren for my next cycle because it works. Deca will be my next option as I know it is popular.
